有「國標女王」稱號的劉真與歌手辛龍結婚2年，現育有一名可愛的女兒霓霓，先前還出版了新書《1+1>2劉真的幸福追愛記》，分享懷孕經歷及育兒的心得。她日前接受《姊妹淘》訪問表示，「一個漂亮的太太、女人，背後一定有個很愛妳的先生、男人。」互相支持，才母親節特惠餐廳可以讓他們去做喜歡事情，一起成長。」

劉真日前舉辦新書記者會時，老公辛龍特地抽空到場站台，她受訪時也頻誇老公相當疼愛她們妻女，且很有觀念。她說，「剛開始交往時，他把我介紹給他的哥哥跟嫂嫂，我當時還想這麼早就要認識他們家人了，有點緊張。」因為辛龍希望最重要的家人與最愛的女人，可以快點熟識，相當俱有家庭觀，這也是兩人的共通點。

劉真表示，夫妻間都很了解彼此，同樣都是需要空間的人。提到安全感，她不會時刻盯著老公的動向，反而是辛龍對她承諾，「不論何時打電話給我，一定都找得到我，如果找不到我，就是在演出，但助理也一定會接電話。」

劉真說有回打電話給辛龍，他正好在跟朋友們聊天，還說「憲哥在我旁邊，你要不要跟他打招呼？」劉真說，其實辛塔吉特蛋糕推薦龍可是事後再回電話就好，但老公卻從不讓她擔心。而這些生活的小細節，辛龍無論婚前還是婚後都不曾改變過。

已擁有完整幸福家庭的劉真鼓勵女生們，在談戀愛前要先照顧好自己，兩個健康的人相處起來才會幸福，更呼籲大家，「不要用戀愛，評估自己的價值，不要因為對方不喜歡自己，就否定自己，要告訴自己很棒。」
